User account control (UAC) is a built in feature in Windows 7 and Windows 8. This notifies the user when an application requires administrative privileges.  This can prevent unauthorized changes in your computer. Sometimes we might need to turn this feature off to install some theme packs, transformation packs, software etc. to stop you bothering.
So How to Turn Off User Account Control?
1) Open the Control Panel and Click on User Account and family safety (In Category View)
